COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Missing Link is a rustic Belgian Pale that sits around 5.4% ABV. Cloudy and golden, with a long lasting head that dissipates into heavy lacing. The aroma is kaffir lime, clove, pepper, with some supporting citrus hops and a bit of bready malt. Tasting The Missing Link will give you an upfront shot of lime zest, biscuit, and a soft, pleasant yeast character.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy and weak yeasty hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor with hints of lime. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus finish with weak yeasty hints.

Poured a nice hazy orange. It had some citrus notes. The taste was primarily pepper and clove. There was a nice spicy kick at the end.

On tap at brewery. Clear yellow with a foamy white head. Nice lemon, clove, lemon grass, and caramel aroma and taste with a nice creamy palate. Well done.

Pours a hazed golden color with a white head. Spicy aroma of clove, maybe a bit of coriander, and some black pepper. The lime leaves are interesting and give a bit more citrus character. Some semi-sweet bready malt, too. There’s a nice zestiness of lime, some yeast, and plenty of spice to the flavor. Bread, mildly sweet, clove, and pepper.
