A crisp, dry belgian-styled amber with a combination of caramel and honey malts that has been dry hopped with a large amount of Sterling hops. The "noble" qualities of Sterling lends a spicy, floral, and earthy hoppiness.

On tap at the source. Pours with a hazed amber brown hued body with a large and retentive off-white head (creamy texture). Aromas are hoppy, grainy, biscuity, spicy, light citrus, very low roast. Low on esters for a belgian yeast. Flavors are malty, toasty, bready, light citrus hop character. Low spice. Very clean yeast presence all things considered. Medium carbonation.
