Belgian-style tripel ale spiced with hibiscus. Heavily infused with hibiscus, the beer displays a pink tinge. The beer greets you with a malty sweetness that quickly dissipates into a dry and tart grapefruit, lemonade finish.

Interesting cloudy copper/red color on the pour. Sweet berry aromas with mellow spice flavor and a smooth silk like mouth feel. Gota like the alcohol to taste ratio.

Almost no head, fully hazy reddish-orange beer. Rosewater, herbs & spices, rosehips (the hibiscus, no doubt), complex. Sweetish, sourish, fruity, again rosehips/hibiscus, bit lactic, praliné filling. Medium bodied, quite slick to oily. Nice! I’ll have to become more feminist.
