[4/25/15] Draught at Monks American Bar in Stockholm. As Monks Café Svea Mango IPA. Muddy gray-ish orange. Nice aroma of overripe mango and some hops. Rather dry flavor with mango, fruity hops, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma is sweet mango, ripe banana, light citrus and some old socks notes. Taste is medium sweet ripe fruits, medium bitter. Finish is light dry, medium bitter with sweet fruity notes. Medium bodied, average carbonation.

Tap@SÖSB. Halmgul grumlad vätska. Mango och krusbärsarom i en falskspelande symfoni. Det är lite för mycket allt på en gång, liksom. Len beska där musikerna återtar sin rätta position. Mango finns till vänster, krusbär till höger. Tap, tap, tap. Låt orkestern börja spela.

(Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm, 10 Jan 2014) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, tropical fruit, mango and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, mango, pineapple and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty with a generous hop presence. Very nice.

On tap at Monks Porterhouse, November 2013. Hazy light amber with a medium, creamy head. Aroma of mango, hay and grape. Similar taste, also citrus and some light notes of bread. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Hazy ple amber, small head. Fruity nose with some tropical fruit. Mid dry with well sized body and soft mouthfeel. Butter and tropical fruit, somehat oily.mid bitter finish. Relaxed.
