Really good solid heavy porter. A completely black pour with a finger of creamy oily looking beige head. The nose is well roasted, notes of dark chocolate and french roasted coffee. Big intense roast flavor with a syrupy mouthfeel and warm finish. Overall, not an overwhelming brew but a nice big beer.

Sample @ SBWF 12. Dark almost black colour with a thick dark head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt. Flavour of dark chocolate with a bitterness in the aftertaste.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2012 Keg (Belgo Bar, Stockholm) (8:5:8:5:16=4.2) - shared by Alfa - thanks!
Black, and with a tan ring. Huge dark chocolatey and coffee aroma - huge but so soft. Pleasant crisp carbonation. Full in the mouth. Some freezer ice, and loads of yummy stale coffee. This is a great big cuddly black bear hug - no harshness, but very powerful. Finish is pure soft coffee roast. Stunning, no hint of 7.2% - I could drink this all evening.
330ml bottle (Belgobaren, Stockholm) (7:5:8:4+:15+=3.9++) - freebie - wow! thanks to the lovely bar staff we were chatting to.
Bucket loads of fruity esters, lighter than the previous 2 black jacks. Black, with a tan head that’s persistent. Lovely rich roast, burnt but not astringent. Lovely noble bitter hops in the finish, and of course chocolate. As it warms there are even some husky grains. Finish is long, and multi-faceted - husks, to bitter bit, to chocolate, and back to almost metallic noble hops. Very very good beer, but I did prefer the tap version 2 years ago.

From SMÖF, 2009. Almost black in colour, with dense pale brown head. Rich chocolatey nose with mint and more hoppy than the old style Baltic Porter. Clean flavour profile, with apparent low levels of residual sugars. Bit like Gonzo, with a mish mash of darker malt flavours, that is not really any outspoken toasty or chocolatey flavours, just dark. An elegant and "modern" Baltic Porter that’s just very tasty. Low bitterness.

It poured a pitch black liquid with a light brown foam. Smell and taste of chocolate and something burned. Smooth mouthfeel. Nice!

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival 2009. Black color. Thick roasty aroma with charcoal, diesel oil, leather and apple. Firmly roasty flavor with charcoal, licorice, chocolate and leather. I found the diesel and apple aroma disturbing.
