Almost completely stale liquid that resembles more lambic than geuze. Color is indistinguishable from the genuine stuff from Belgium, and the scent has same tones as we'll. Taste is very much like young lambic, sour, citrusy but it lacks some of the more complex aromas older lambic a have. Still definitely worth a try for its curiosity value especially if one likes lambics. Probably still best to share this (75cl) bottle considering it is overpriced ~400 Swedish kronor @systembolaget

Bottle, thanks to Andreas. Clear golden beer almost no head. Sour fruity aroma, grapes, citrus, grapefruit, rubber notes, vinous notes. Sour vinous flavor, grapes, peach, clementines, rubber notes. Rather sweet and fruity, woody, some raisins. A bit too sweet to pass as a good gueze.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 2 Oct 2014) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief head. Fruity, sour nose with unripe green grapes, grapefruit and hints of stable. Fruity, tart taste with notes of sour grapes, grapefruit, lemon, stable, cellar and a dry, tart finish. Medium body, quite dry. Possibly a bit unrefined, but a well made gueuze. Quite nice.

Smell of faint bourbon, pear, apple, very fruity gueuze, not so much funk, but a soft acidity. Taste is quite woody with more oak and vanilla, very well balanced, and slightly lactic tartness, citrusy and grapefruity. Better than expected.
