yngwie (12682) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 18, 2014
Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, dark golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma is rather sweetish, with caramel, candy sugar, generic fruityness and some faint oak hints. It hides the alcohol very well, with flavors of sugar, pale malts, candy sugar, fruits and some spiced, yeasty hints. Full body, almost sticky, and with a little booze in the back. Lasting sweet finish. More like and English style barley wine than a tripel this one, but it’s quite nice anyway. 140418

Don’t know about this mixing and matching, seems like you’re making two beers an injustice. With that said this is decent.
