330 ml bottle. BB 2014/08/05. From Sweden. Tack sĺ mycket Timo!
Hazy reddish amber colour with a small white head. The aroma is complex. There’s sweet caramel, mild sourness, hops, mild bitterness, alcohol and fudge in the aroma. Delightful! The flavour is sweet caramel, alcohol, yeast, malt, mildish bitterness and some dark fruity notes. The 10% is very nicely hidden. Tasty. Rich and smooth.

yngwie (13948) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 18, 2014
Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, dark golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma is rather sweetish, with caramel, candy sugar, generic fruityness and some faint oak hints. It hides the alcohol very well, with flavors of sugar, pale malts, candy sugar, fruits and some spiced, yeasty hints. Full body, almost sticky, and with a little booze in the back. Lasting sweet finish. More like and English style barley wine than a tripel this one, but it’s quite nice anyway. 140418
