Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small off-white head. Sweet fruity nose with some notes of licorice allsorts. Very heavy body, sweet malts and caramel with a distinct sweet oaky edge. Heavy booze in the finish. Pleasant in small doses but probably gets cloying after a while. 290911

Bottle (25 cl) from Systembolaget. Murky orange, no head. Boozy, caramelly aroma with notes of wood, raisins, celery, and floral hops. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Sweet with medium alcoholic bitterness. Interesting, but a too high abv once again ruins the brewer’s intention of making an intriguing beer.

25cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer and Whisky Festival 2010. Hazy yellow brown color. Sweet, toffeish, tart and alcoholic aroma and flavor with rhubarb, raisins, pickled vegetables, glue and solvent. Hard to drink, too boozy for me.
