Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Vinous caramelly nose. Sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Caramell and fudge mixed with well oaked red wine. Spun sugar and tannines, some vanilla. Mildly warming. Delicious winter warmer!

Draught (Monks Cafe, Wallingatan, Stockholm) - Dark red/brown in colour. Strawberry jam, yoghurt and some dried fruit in the aroma. Fruity, tart and slightly metallic taste with notes of strawberry jam, plums, raisins and yoghurt.

Reddish amber with a small head. Sweet aroma of dried fruit, yogurt, strawberry jam, malt and some wood. The taste was similar. A bit heavy in the long run. The mouthfeel was thick.
