Plae golden color, decent white head. Sweet, a bit buttery, malty aroma, also slightly flowery. Good sweet malty, slightly grassy hoppyness. Good balanced helles.

Draught@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, a bit yeasty, grassy and also has some slight honeyish and plastic notes. Flavour is quite much the same, but without the plastic notes. Wellbalanced.

It poured a clear pale yellow liquid with a small white foam that left some lacing. It had a smell fairly strong smell of honey and also some malt and bread. It was smooth to drink and had a taste of honey and malt, with a very low bitterness and I couldn’t sense any hops at all. However no bad tastes, a pretty nice lager.

On tap. Comes as "Monks Light Lager". A clear, pale golden beer with a fine creamy head leaving neat curtains of lace. Very clean aroma of malts and flowery hops. Light-bodied with a clean maltiness, flowery hops and a dry, lightly bitter finish. 011108
