Empfohlene Trinktemperatur 15° C.

Interesting beer. Light for a bock. I could drink a couple more and would recommend a try since I’ve never come across a dunkl-bock before.

33cl bottle from COOP, Moudon. BB 31/08/2012. Odd bottling and BB dates on these beers, appears they only give you about three months to drink their beers.

0.33 bottle from geneve supermarket. amber, hazy in colour. malty, a bit bready, on the nose. a bit of sweetness, but mainly bready malts on the palate, with lagered qualities. a bit of caramel also. a proper bodied, tasteful bock-ish beer that isnät too hot or complex. easy to drink, but might get boring after a bottle or two. plus for the hand drawn label.

Bottle. Lightly hazy golden copper orange color, thinner pure white head. Some Euro lager type aromas: grass, sweet malts, but heavier maltiness. Bit of an herbal hop, earthy, sweet fruits, and malt. Pretty basic, and relatively bland. Not that bad, but meh.
