Empfohlene Trinktemperatur 15° C.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Pale copper colour, rich firm head. Dusty vinous nose. Sweetish and fruity, medium bodied with caramelly malt. Low bitterness. The flavour is well short.

Hazy dark amber color. Very light aroma; caramel flavor, a bit stale, with no qualities, medium-low bitterness, some alcohol. Boring.

Bottle, 6.5%. Peppery and slightly caramelly aroma. Clear red amber colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is quite sweet. It has some dark sugar, slightly burnt. There is some malt syrup flavour to it as well. The burnt sugar gives off a slightly unpleasant bitterness, other than that, the beer is OK.

Bottled (BB12/2009) Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Candy sugar, orange peels and cardboard in the nose. Medium-bodied, even a bit on thin side. Sweet jelly at first then hoppy bite and banana with some candy sugar. Very strange bock. Somehow Dutch like, also lemonady feeling here.

Rich brown. Lagery aroma, but certainly big and malty, a touch marmitey too. Pleasant esters, but quite simple. OK bock, nothing special.

hazy red-orange colour with an elusive beige foam; aroma of caramel and berries marmelade; mediumb-bodied, sweet and sticky, chewy malts and a short moderately dry caramelish finish - very cheap stuff; most swiss brewers still have to learn how to brew a bock

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Slightly unclear orange to dark orange color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, cardboard, dusty, iron. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

Dark amber colour with a short lived lightbrown head. The aroma are mostly roasted malty but also chocolate after a while.
