Empfohlene Trinktemperatur 15° C.

Bardzo przypadło mi do gustu to piwo szwajcarskie, aromatyczne, rubinowe z ładną pianą i rozgrzewającym finiszem. Orginalny posmak, czuć końską derkę. A do tego wszysko zrobione z ekologicznych składników.

33cl bottle from COOP, Moudon. BB 31/08/2012. Odd bottling and BB dates on these beers, appears they only give you about three months to drink their beers.

330ml bottle in Zermatt. Light brown slightly cloudy little head. Sweet strong nose, fudge, fruit, peppery alcohol. Flavour lots and lots of dried fruit, fudge, toffee, bit of a bit at end, alcohol weight. Perhaps slightyl offish wheat. But very nice.

Bottle (Danke nach Kreuzlingen!): Hazy, amber coloured, lots of floaties visible, medium-sized - sloly collapsing - off-white fluffy head; sweetish-caramelly nose with a light, but distinctive hoppy background;; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet-malty finish with a subtle fruitiness and a light bitter aftertaste. A tasty brew, no doubt.........

Colore ambrato carico, opalescente, schima beige abb fine e persistente. Discreta.

(33cl bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Hazy, amber to chestnut brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty nose with a touch of molasses and subtle beet-fruity notes. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with notes of caramel, molasses and a touch of sugar beet; sweet malty finish with caramel and a tinge of hoppy bitterness. Likeable Steinbier-Bock (20.VII.09).
