Bottled, date 01-11-2012, large sample. Slight hazy amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, slight grassy hop, some caramel malt. Bit sweet taste. 60 IBU according to the bottle? Didnt get that. Maybe a bit too much honey and spicyness from the yeast to make it easy drinkable.

Flavor is lightly caramellish sweet, with a mild upcoming bitterness. Medium bodied. Subtle bitter finish. Nice enough.
