Not a big white beer fan, in general, but this beer was really refreshing after a day in mountains of Chamonix.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A pale yellow fizzy beer witha medium white head ; medium retention. Fruity aroma (citrus), acid, herbs, spices (coriander). Medium sweet, light dry refreshing, bitter note. Light body, thin texture, high crabonation, short sweet fruity finish. Overall, average OK witbier ; light refreshing & spicy.

On draught at Beer O’Clock, Annecy. Lemon peel, coriander, a bit of meringue. Taste is a bit too sweet, somewhat sickly if truth be told. Body is too thin. Not bad all in all but too many flaws to be a good witbier.

Bottle: Tumbler: Lively off white head. Hazy yellow body. Aromas of wheat, vanilla, some flowers, herbs, yeast and hay. Flavours of vanilla, herbs, bitters, wheat, some hay, yeast, some yellow fruit, bisquit/bread and some malts. Aftertaste is bitter, hay, herbs, hints of vanilla, yeast and yellow fruit. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied. Nice beer! Nothing exceptional but well executed!

Beautiful logo and glass. This blanche has a nice golden pale color, hazy liquid and small head. Fruity aroma (citrus) and wheat notes. Taste is balanced... fruity and a bit acid. I really like this French Witbier!
