This beer is the last creation of the Mont Blanc brewery. It is brewed with our pure water from our exclusive water catchment on the slopes of Mont Blanc, and from three differents malts : wheat, barley and oat. We wanted a beer that associates a full body malty taste but still a refreshing kick to it. We used a combination of top fermentation and delicate spices like Hibiscus to give it its ruby color and full taste with a hint of fruity notes. The result is a very complex yet very balanced amber beer that will blow you away! Formerly 7.2%

Aroma: Nice hoppy nose. Fruity and caramelish. Approved. Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium body. Taste: Nice caramel palate. Hops and malt in equal parts. Subtle fruit tartness. Not very rich, though. Finish: Malty, bready. Not particularily interesting. Overall: An ok, beer. A little too mild for my taste.

Hazy amber pour with an off-white head. Quite fruity on the aroma. Lots of esters with a very sweet sugary nose. Some bread and toasted malt with a hint of citrus. The flavor is bready with a light toasted quality. Some orange peel and lemon notes, candy sugar, and maybe a light lemon note.
