33 cl bottle, aroma of dough and bread. Appearance: amber, cloudy, with frothy, white foam head. Taste:lightly bitter, medium sourness. Palate: medium body, creamy, average carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: very good, I enjoyed this beer as I prefer bitter hoppy beers to sweet strong ales.

Dark amber coloured beer with a nice white head. Aroma is malty, a bit sweet and gets a bit alcoholic when the beer gets warmer. Flavour is quite nice, medium sweet, malty and yeasty. (Bottle 33cl)

Bottle 0.33l at Trappiste Brugge. Pours hazy orange with white head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy, malt. Taste is low bitterness, medium sweetness, malt, dried fruit, yeast spiceness. Decent Triple. Not very spectacular but easy drinkable.

Bottled, BB 2014, large sample. Slightly hazy orange color, medium frothy off-white head. Aroma is soft spicy, slight fruity, tangerine, orange. Not very outspoken, but nicely balanced. Taste is slight sweet, soft bitter. Nothing spectacular, but very decent belgian styled beer. Balance is good. Decent stuff.

Flaske, 33 cl.

Simple. 6/10

Bottle at Carlsens Kvarter. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. The aroma is fruity, spicy and yeasty, with a mineral note. Sweetish fruity and spicy flavour with a bit of yeast, but clean enough for a Belgian Blonde. One of the less hoppy trappist blondes.

Falstaf (53) - Bruxelles, BELGIUM - OCT 29, 2013

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass light brown, small head. Starts milder than exspected, fine malty, more and more dry. Some sharp-fruity notes. Finish again milder, dry-malty finish. Exspected more.
