Bottled. Aroma of strange spices, can’t identify them. Clear, yellow color, small white head, few lace. Light sweet, light bitter, bit citric, strange spice again and honey? Bit thin and not so good.

Bottle. Clear golden with a big white head. Sweet aroma with hints of coriander and candi sugar. Sweet flavours, some spices, yeasty. Well-carbonated, nice mouthfeel. A well-made trippel that does not distinguish itself.

Huge foamy head, blonde. Apricot aroma. Alcohol rules in the flavor. The beer is fairly thin. Some malt, but that’s about all. Slight bitter and soapy aftertaste.

Some gushing to monumental snowwhite head; pale gold, clear beer, well-carbonated. Creamy nose, some white candi sugar, some grain and faint spicey. Not much nose, all in all. Some sweetness, some roasted malt/cookies (despite the colour). Heavy carbonation contributes to the taste, not uniquely MF. Flavour of sunflower seeds, maybe some chestnut (not the horsey variety). Sweetness is more sugar than alcohol. Despite the expected attenuation, rather creamy, velvety texture. Some burning, medium bodied. The world on its head. The tripel is creamy and sweet, while the amber at 0.5% ABV less is alcohol all over. This really isn’t a brewer, it’s a b** Chinese headbreaker. Too sweet for a tripel.
