From my girlfriend who brought it from France: Pours a dull amber/brown with a nice white head. Aroma is lightly citrusy, some sweet malts. Taste is on the more bitter side of things. Mild astringency. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Tiny amount of sugar in the taste. Not bad, but not perfectly balanced and the hops are kind of one-dimensional.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Enormous white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Mango, passion fruit and resin aromas. Dry with mango and caramel upfront turning to grapefruit in the lasting bitter pith finish.

Very nice french IPA. in general this brewery is a very nice surprise for the local french scene. Very hoppy...very floral.

L’amer à boire ! Belle IPA du mont salève. Aromes pussants de mangues et de citron. Attaque franche sur l’amertumequi tiens la route.

Bottle 75cl, a cloudy amber orange beer with medium head. Nose is intense on grapefruit and exotic fruit. Aroma is low on the malty side, just butter fruit hops notes on grapefruit and lichee, not that outstanding.

Poured hazy with an amber color and a small, off-white lacing head. Fruity aroma with peach, grapefruit, citrus peel, and pine. Bitter, with a medium body and plenty of carbonation.

Cerveza rubia turbia con una densa corona de espuma blanca. El olor es a lúpulo joven,floral, fresco y cítrico. Cuerpo medio, gaseado semigraso con un fondo seco. Sabor potente para la baja graduación que tiene. El sabor es cítrico, a naranja amarga, con un amargo profundo, para los amantes de las IPAs bien lupuladas, Refrescante, mejor beber fría.

Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Cloudy bronze colour, rich head. Overt aroma of gooseberry, Cabernet Sauvignon and grapefruit. Mid sweet wit hclean rounded mouthfeel, medium body and spritzy carbonation. Rich tropical fruit flavuor. Long bitter finish. A well made modern IPA.

(33 cl bottle from Chez Clem, Nantes; Lot #1; BBD: October 2014) Pours an unclear, dark amber with huge, white head. Good retention and lace. Aroma is citrussy/cascadish. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture and a dry and slightly bitter finish. Taste is citrus. Girlfriend says "it’s quite green and bitter."
