330ml bottle served in an ordinary glass. Pours a pale and very yellow color forming a good creamy and soapy white head with good retention and only few sporty lacings left in the glass. Very dirty with tons of particles floating around. Strong notes of watermelon in the nose. Grapefruit and lime zest. Grassy and flowery notes. Very hippy. Slightly sweet pale malts in upfront. Again, strong notes of watermelon and tropical fruits. Grapefruit and lime zest. Strong notes of wheat too. In overall, a very dry and persistent grassy taste. Light body. Good carbonation. Great notes of wheat, watermelon and grass in the aftertaste. Excellent drinkability. Great white IPA. Respect to Salève brewery.

Nice cloudy amber color with decent foam head. The taste is temptingly wit beery. The taste however is a bit watery, a bit citrus flavor, surprisingly and not fittingly bitter from lactose acid (?). Not very well balanced, not very good. It’s an okay beer, but not wheat or wit like.

Yellow-orange color with hardly any head. Grapefruit, exotic fruits. Spicy yeasts. A hint of lactic acid. Taste is bitter oranges, more gapefruits fruity, refreshing. Light body, nice carbonation. Spicy and dry, like a Saison. One of the better Wits I?ve had.

Bottle 33cl bought at Vine Birre Ribelli 2014, @ home. Blond trouble color, minimal head. Aroma of grapefruit, exotic fruits. Taste is similar to the aroma, light body, quite watery, short finish. A good refreshing beer

Hazy golden yellow with a small, fluffy white head. Never before have I come across a bière blanche with such a beautuful hoppy aroma. Almost IPA-like fruity nose, tropical, slightly citrusy, extremely promising. Very light-bodied, shy malty background suporting the intensive hoppy flavours very well. Again, tropcial fruit, kiwi, gooseberry and a touch of lemon with a very timid fruity background. This is superb stuff!

from Erzbierschof - pours a cloudy orange beer with a little foam left; light yeasty and witha solid perfumy fruity aroma of grapefruit and citrus; medium-bodied and low carbonation; gently citric, acidic and decently bitter, very long aromatic fruity hoppy finish with more grapefruity reminiscence

Thanks Mathieu87. Sampled draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy amber, creamy white head. Huge citrus USA hops nose, creamy malts, fruity,… Taste is creamy malts, faint bread, sweetish fruity citrus hops, blueberry, lemon drops, creamy body. Bitter hop finish, delicious. I wouldn’t call this a Blanche, the hops rule here. Doesn’t really mater, this beer rules.
