UPDATED: APR 12, 2013 Yellow bodied, smell white lace. Very fresh hop profile from the soraci ace, white bread. Good light bitterness, active body, great! (On tap at Borefts 2012) Re-rate. Like it even better this time. Fresh hop profile of some sweeter fruits but mostly floral,, crisp citrucy aromas. Bit of bready malts to support, but keeping it clean and refreshing. Such a great summer taste, quite strong bitter feel due to the light body. Moderate alcohol is appreciated and its very drinkable. I will certianly buy more of these when the summer (BBQ!) arrives. Yes! (33cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière)

Tasted on tap @Borefts fest 2012. Aroma is incredible, very hoppy, grassy, citrusy and slightly piny, super refreshing. Taste follows aroma, adding some wheat notes. Great refreshing beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Borefts 2012 - Bodegraven. Pours cloudy yellow with a fine, white cream head. Tangy wheat in the aroma with notes of straw and mild spices. Medium sweet flavor with pronounced wheat, salt, spices, some tropical fruits, especially mango. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with light dry dough, lemon essence, some mellow straw bitterness. Solid witbier.

Sampled at La Cave à Bulles during Mont Salève tasting (Paris Beer Week). Hazy yellow/golden white-ish with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is quite hoppy for a Witbier with some spices, citrus and floral notes. Taste is more floral than aroma along some spices, breadied malt, citrus and very light bitterness. Light/medium body. Moderate carbonation. Clean. Super drinkable and refreshing/quenching. I would drink this often if it was available in my area during summer. Good hybrid between an IPA and a Witbier.
