very promising brewery. this beer is not very hopy for an ipa and you get some caramel. needs to work more on its aftertaste.

Bottle 33cl, a slightly cloudy golden beer. Nose is intense on fruit hops, resin, anise, licorice and mango. Aroma is very bitter and dry with bitter grapefruit and bitter orange, finish is alcoholic like, bit sharp, not that tasty.

Swaroga (792) - Brussels, BELGIUM - FEB 24, 2013
33cl bottle. Honey like colour with medium, white head. Nose : tart, complex citrus and citrus zest notes. Pine, cherry, apricot. Sip : water like body, moderate carbonation, oily texture. Sweet tart with strong citrus zest flavours. Dry and medium bitter on the end. It’s fruity and bitter, refreshing and easy to drink. I would prefer more thick body and some more malts in it. Dryness dominates bitterness.

Bottled at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Lightly hazy amber, small but firm head. Rich aroma of pink grapefruit and lychee. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Plenty of tropical fruit hops. Long bitter finish.

Bottled. Dark golden colour with a large white head, highly carbonated. Aroma is hoppy, floral and orange notes. Flavor has a decent bitterness, orange peel notes, citrus and resins; floral and light caramel. The final maintains the initial bitterness, good duration.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is herbal and fruity hops, slight caramel malt. Flavour is herbal and floral hops, mildly bitter, slight malt touch. Light and refreshing, although the hops aren’t really my thing.

erickok (2298) - Tours, FRANCE - NOV 17, 2012
Copper bodied, bit misty and with a soapy white head. Nice rich hop aroma, spruce, sweet bread, floral, grapefruit and dried fruits. Very nice palate, medium bitter and mouth filling yet pretty drinkable. Well developed as well. This isn’t going to enrich your knowledge of IPAs but it is well made and tasteful. Like it. (33cl bottle from Proeflokaal De Molen)

33cl bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, full sized creamy off-white head that leaves good lacing. Smell fruityness, hops and grapefruit. Taste malts, grapefruit, hops, fresh, some citrus, medium bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation.
