3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Color ambar con destellos anaranjados. Turbia con bastantes posos.
Suave y esponjosa espuma que desaparece poco a poco.
En boca herbal, presencia del lúpulo y un pelín especiada.
Alcohol bien integrado y final amargo.
No esta mal pero le falta un pequeño toque para ser un gran cerveza

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
33cl bottle. Hazy orange and brown, medium, white head. Nose : tart and fresh fruits. Mostly dominated by citrus aromas like orange peel, pomelo, mandarine peel. Sip : water like density, fine carbonation, oily texture. Another beer by this brewer that is refreshing and easy to drink. It’s fairly bitter but also strongly dry. I would prefer more bitter then dry and some more thickness. There could be some more balance between aromatic hops and tart flavour malts.

28th September 2012
Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Light palate, crisp and dry. Stinging minerally carbonation. Bitter aniseed Aramis hops with mild citrus. The best of the few Aramis beers I’ve had, but it’s a bitter bastard of a hop.
