Brune, col épais crémeux, moka pour une bonne rétention.
Arôme est malté grillé tenant plis d’une black IPA, pointe de torréfié sur un léger bouquet houblonné.
Palais présente ici un bon mélange entre le houblon et les malts qui sont plus dans un profil grillé, caramel. Le Mozaic rajoute ce côté citronné, pin et herbacé agréable tant au niveau de l’amertume que des saveurs. Pour 3.5% ça reste facile à boire, agréable tout en étant complexe.

@BBF12. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt and cold coffee. Flavour is roasted malt, cold coffee and grass. Unbalanced.

75cl bottle. Almost pitch black with brown head that has lots of holes. Nose : black coffee with pure cacao. Cheese. Sip : low density, almost like water, good carbonation and oily texture. It’s bitter and dry from the start. It has this black coffee with grapefruit overall taste. I would add some cocoa powder flavour to it. Lots of flavour for this low alcohol brew. But when to drink it ?

Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Black, rich creamy head. Distinct spicy nose with some citrus. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy pears and citrus Quite bitter finish. Pleasant, light modern ale.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown beer with a huge, creamy beige head. Head settles into small cloudy structures, floating on the beer. Lovely. Aroma is nutty, roastym coffee and malty. Bit stout-ish. Flavour is medium bitter with coffee and roast tones very present in the flavours. Long, medium bitter and dry finish. Overall a quite nice beer, very low on abv, yet very flavourful. Great.

33 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK via Paris. Deep black, frothy head. bitter chocolate and coffee aroma. Somewhat thick, bitter with a smack of licorice and resin. Quite flavorful for the ABV, interesting finish of green veg.

Black pour. Khaki head, just slightly there. Little lacing. A peppery hop aroma with a spicy malty aroma. Bitter up front. Hoppy. A little watered down with an earthy taste. Okay. Could be a bit better.

The head is medium, the body black. The taste is very bitter, darkmalty, a bit hoppy, a bit roasty. Overall ok! 11/11/10/11/-/11

ABV: 4.5% (Program) Clear medium black brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus hops, dark malt, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120928]
