Bonne amertume, épices, agrumes. Facile à boire sans tomber dans la facilité. Agréable surprise vu le petit % d’alcool.

Sample at Haand Festival 2014. Black body with a big beige head. Roasty aroma with grass, mango, light smoke hints. Thin body, but at 3,5% that’s really no fault. Quite bitter taste, coffee and hops, with a dense grapefruit sting. Dry roasty finish, light fruity. Surprisingly massive in taste considering the strength, it’s not my first go-to-bipa, but for a sessionable one it’s a pearl.

Shared with wim at wim’s place. Black colored beer with medium diminishing off-white head and no carbonation visible. Malty hopped coffee aroma. Full sparkling and creamed palate. Finish is hopped bitter coffee hinten ending a bit roasted. Nice one, certainly for the low alcohol percentage.

On tap @ Haandfest 2014. As good as black in the glass and it has a small grey ish islandy and lacing head. In the nose it’s light minerrallish dry roasted. Traces of dry chocolate and cold coffee. A faint licorice trace here as well. It’s quite flavorful for being such a little guy. Softly roasted, really minerallish, some dry cocoa. Near flat but some prickling left and it’s quite thin in the mouth. Ends quite mouthdrying and almost a little chalky. All in all not a bad one. 24.05.2014

Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, roasted malt, citrus, chocolate, grape, orange and pine. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with a roasted and citrus finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Sample at Haand 2014
Quite dark, tanned head. Smell of citrus hops, zests, some dark malts; quite refreshing. Light sweet, hints of roast, fruity citrus flavors,. Ends up with a moderate bitter finish. Quite sessionable stuff.
