Bottle, 33cL. Home. Traded with @erickok (#1). Thank you ! A black beer witha medium beige creamy head ; medium retention. Fruity aroma (red berries like blackberry or blackcurrant, tropical fruits), pepper, toast, herbs, chocolate. Light sweet, medium dry bitter, light lasting spicy. Light body, average texture, average texture, fruity peppery bitter finish. Overall, delicious, nice fruity bitterness with this spicy touch :)

330ml bottle served in a pint glass. Pours a dark brown color forming a medium and creamy tan head with good retention and lots of thin lacings formed and left in the glass. Aroma is mainly made of roasted malts, coffee, grassy and piny hops. Taste is mainly roasted, grassy and piny. Light body and good medium carbonation. Roasted and grassy aftertaste. Good and persistent bitterness. Nice black IPA. Just another great Salève brew.

On tap at Haand Festival. An almost clear, brown beer topped by a small, dense, light beige head. The aroma has oranges, some pine cones and cocoa, coffee and roasted malts. It’s dry and medium to thin bodied with a nice carbonation level. The flavor has a lovely blend of roasted malts and hops, leading to a lasting finish where the roasted malts and hops blend nicely. Some oranges, pine cones and cocoa too. Definitely a well brewed session BIPA. 140524

Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, tropical fruits, some pine, hint of coffee, hops. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter finish. Body is a bit thin, however this is definitely a pleasant Black IPA. Remarkable, what they accomplished with the low ABV.

Flaska från La Cave a Bulles, Paris. Bra beska. Högst njutbar.
