Oooooh, it’s cloudy. Heavy on the dill. Super fizzy, very dry. Dill city really and dry as they come. Light bodied.

7/IV/13 - 33cl bottle @ Erwin’s place - BB: VIII/2014 (2013-310) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy yellow beige beer, nice creamy irregular head, bit stable, little adhesive. Aroma: very floral, bit soapy, yeast, hay, herbal, little fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, grapefruit, grassy, very bitter soapy touch. Aftertaste: very bitter, dry, some grapefruit, medicinal bitterness. A nice hop juice!

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy copper orange beer with good head. Nose is on fresh hops and lemon notes. Aroma is very bitter, dry, lemony with fresh luppuline touch, not bad, malty notes, bitter orange, very high bitterness. Finish is on coconut, finally quite unbalanced.

33cl bottle. Hazy orange with bubbly head. Nose : candy , striking freshness of citrus zest and pine. Soap. Ginger cookie. Sip : oily texture, good carbonation. Thicker body that I would expect from low alcohol beer. Cookie with skunk, zest flavour. Almost acid. Dry and refreshing. Long lasting bitterness reminding clove, grapefruit. Hop bomb. Nice brew. I'm surprised.

Bottle. Thx czar. Pours dirty whitish/blond with good white head. Some lacing. Aroma is of hops (citrus), wheat. Taste is pretty much the same. Fairly bitter. That’s a good thing this one is well-hopped, because the malt/grain backbone wakens my suspicions. Palate: Ligth body. Overall: Better than expected.

pours muddy very light yellow-grey with a nice white head, some retention and lacing. very floral-citrusy, wheaty, hint of acidity, citrus fruitiness. average to soft carbonation, light body - slightly watery taste but loads of cerals floating here and there surely helps texture-wise. big herbal-grapefruity finish, slightly unbalanced.

Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Cloudy pale amber, rich head. Rich perfumy Sorachi Ace aroma with peach, yoghurt and elderflowers. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel, The awkward metallic sensation prevalent in most very hoppy low alcohol beers is kept under control. Just a whiff of rusty steel, the rest is all Sorachi Ace hops. Marked, somewhat resiny bitterness. Remarkably tasty for its size.
