Encore une Mt Saleve qui claque ! Noire d’encre au petit collet. Des aromes de cafe et de grille. Superbement ronde en bouche une bonne longeur et un equilibre parfait. Une fois de plus un regal

Deep brown body and light brown lace. Quite some smoke, cacao, toasted white bread and little hops. Roasted malt taste, dry and balanced. Flavourful for a 5% stout for sure. Quality over experimentation or crazy ingredients. Tasty. (33cl bottle)

DutchDrebus (4018) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - NOV 15, 2012
Bottle @ Benzai. Pitch black oily with a small light brown head. Smells oatmeal, roasty, some chocolate, some coffee, fullgrain bread. Strong smell for its abv. Tastes oatmeal, cornflakes, slightly roasty in the aftertaste. Some chocolate but not very strong. With more abv this beer would be pretty amazing. With this abv its not at all perfect since its a bit thin, but still it’s quite a good beer if you ask me.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Pitch black color, small brown head that leaves a slight lacing. Smell malts, toast, lightly roasty, coffee, earth. Taste toasted malts, earth, a hint of smoke, lightly bitter. Medium body, a bit low carbonated, but it suits the beer. Nicely balanced, quite like it.
