COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

75 cl bottle. Semi-ripe apple nose, a bit spicy.   Lightly sweet apple flavor going to a dry, dusty finish. Clean, a bit funky. Quite carbonated, refreshing. Nice, without being very special

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2013 500ml bottle (JDW, Uxbridge, pre-RBESG2011) - as "Dujardin Mont St. Michel" (6:3:6:3:12=3.0)
Lovely crisp fruity aroma. Crisp palate. Sweetish fruity body. Finish mellow and of very ripe sweet apples. Less sophisticated and crisp than many French cidres.
Rerate: 750ml corked and crowned (Boheme, Tallinn)
In brief - lovely fruity and woody. This is sophisticated, the 500ml bottle in the UK must be the dregs they export to the UK. I’d 3.4 this on a good day.

Bottled at Wetherspoons Summer Cider Fest ’11. Greenish gold with no head. This is the Brut, but still quite sweetish, there is a biscuity baked note from somewhere, the apple is slightly stewed, but otherwise quite a tasty cidre.
