Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque dark brown with an orange hue and a beige head - comes a heavy gusher. Roasty nose, some dark fruit and quite a tart edge. Medium body, excessive carbonation, roast, vanilla and dark fruits. Ends dry. But clearly infected - if not to a spoiling degree. 230212

Bottle. [thanks Feldthaus]
Pours deep red chestnut with a medium, frothy, beige head. Aroma has light berries, mild roasted astringency, chocolate, plums and a bit of milk and lactic acid. Highish carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour has mild lactic acid, lactose, chocolate. Dry, bitter and grainy with a bit of fruitiness in the end. Not sure the lactic acid was supposed to be there. Still it was quite drinkable.
