Blind tasting @ Yespr. Red/brown and hazy with notes of roasted malt, coriander, licorice and hints of coffee. The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, sweet coffee and it’s uncomplicated, light, smooth and pleasant.

Brown color. It’s a very mild beer, with some caramel flavor, residual sweetness, absent bitterness. Too simple.

Bottle #6: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a lacing off-white head. Spiced and malt aroma. Flavour initially sweet but soon turns to a more dry maltyness with a mild herbal and hops note, or could this be the roasted chestnuts? Mild fruity touch too. Slight alcohol touch in the finish.
