Bottle: Clear red colour, with a thin white head. Aroma of floers,viny,citric,some sournes in the end was there too.Flavor was a bit alcy,some sugar and sornes.. Medium to full body, nice long finish.

Unclear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour milk, yeasty, light wood notes! Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter, vinegar notes, with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. (300508)

Jun 9, 2008 [Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 8#] Hazy brown with floaties with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with roasted malt, caramel and yeasty notes. Sweet flavor with roasted malt, caramel, plums and alcohol notes. Warming alcohol in the end.

Jun 9, 2008 Blind tasting @ Yespr. Hazy, red-brown with a creamy head and a lot of sediment in the glass. The aroma has notes of sour malt, candy sugar and yeast. The flavour has sweetness, notes of a dry, sour citrus, malt, candy sugar and yeast. It’s very heavy and not very harmonic.

Jun 6, 2008 Bottle#8: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Mild woody and malt aroma. Flavour is nicely toasted malt with a light yeasty note. Smooth and mellow yeasty and caramel flavour. Warming and bitter finish, with a slight bite. Mellow finish yet with a light spice note.
