4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Mortlach (715) - Rome, ITALY - DEC 9, 2012
04/12/2012 330ml bottle. Giallo acido, abbastanza limpida, schiuma quasi assente.
4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Moliere (27) - Viterbo, ITALY - SEP 8, 2012
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 POLK (1884) - Hørning, DENMARK - APR 2, 2012
Clear golden color with small head. Missing flavor character: Sour acidic scent.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Glouglouburp (5568) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 11, 2010
In short: A tasty, very citric/acidic blonde ale. Good extra sharp brew.
How: Bottle 375 ml. Consumed fresh the day after purchase from Johnny Off Licence, Rome Italy
The look: Cloudy yellow body topped by a persistent small white head
In long: The strong nose is lemony, very citric with strong acidic notes. The taste is razor sharp. Body is crisp and feels like wheat and straws. Flavor is like biting in a lemon, extremely tart. The whole thing is softened up by a garden flowers taste. Overall this is a very refreshing brew even if a little too intense for its own good. I wish I could be as sharp as this beer, and not have to look at other people to know when to laugh at jokes.
