On tap at Open Baladin Roma, august 19th 2013. Hazy yellow body, medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, coriander, pepper, apricot. Taste of bread, apricot, spicy yeast esters, coriander and a hint of the sage. Good crisp spicy bitterness, with a nice yeasty and fruity dry aftertaste.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 21/06/13. Lightly hazed golden with a decent white head. Nose is pale malt, grass, citrus. Taste comprises straw, farmy, lemon rind, trace of pepper, grass, herbal. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry and crisp finish. Ok saison but no great - lacks a little depth in the flavour.

07/06/2013 Bir&Fud (tap). Dorata, intensa, limpida, schiuma bianca discreta. abbastanza persistente.

Draught Very yeast-filled yellow beer with a dense, huge, light-yellow head. Nice, spicy & grassy nose, I can trace the coriander, but not the sage - blending in a very balanced way. Some greenmalt notes. Spiciness even more outspoken in the taste. Just a point of acidity. Faint restsugars. Very carbonated, spritzy MF; not really light, too much malt and restsugars. More Saison than many commercial Belgian saisons I’ve tasted - let alone the superstrength USA "saisons".

Pale straw appearance with a nice white head. The aroma lingers from honey sweetness to some spiciness, namely coriander and sage, both growth in brewery surroundings. A nice refreshing beer, starting from a sweet spiciness towards a quite dry bitter end.
