Hazy, murky orange pour with a thin white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh peach...hint of vanilla...light tart notes. Flavor fillows suit...nice balance between subtle tartness, fresh juicy peach, and mild vanilla and spice...peach melba! Mouthfeel is slightly syrupy and the finish is dry, mildly tart and peachy. If you love peaches...awesome!

On tap at the PIB. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. A big woody sour peach nose. The flavor is dry husky earthy malt, sharp sour and sweet peaces. Quite smooth. Solid.

On tap at PIB 2016, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light tartness and a little stone fruitiness. Flavour brings out loads of peaches, though they’re fairly muted. Zesty, fuzzy peach skins on the finish. Okay.

Aroma - juicy soft summer peach. Appearance - the body is peach in color. With an aggressive pour, the head sets up at about 2" and white. Taste - juicy mellow peach, has a bit of light sugar. The whole experience is more than just peach. It is reminiscent of time and place for certain peach eating experiences. It’s not merely canned peach, or typical peach from the store, it’s like a fine summer peach, you can almost taste the fine hairs, the sunglow of the summer. Really surprising how that can be captured. Palate - light body, juicy texture, soft carbonation, and dry fruity finish.

Birra color ambrato leggero. Al naso profumo di pesca e fiori. In bocca una leggera acidità, freschezza. Un po’ carente di corpo ma pienamente godibile e beverina.

Cloudy orange brown like oxidized peaches. Nose is peach flesh. Medium heavy body with off dry taste, very lightly tarr, and flavors of fleshy canned peaches, some light limestone, and light malts. Really incredible peachiness here. Needs just some tartness to balance this out and take it to the next level. Great with homemade pasta with smoked chicken and lemon caper white wine cream sauce.

Bevuta alla spina alle birre della merla 2016. Beverina e molto fruttata con estremo sapore di pesche. Un valore affettivo notevole. Finale atropifreco.

Miele, zucchero, lievito, ma sopratutto tante pesche. Fruttata, leggermente vinosa con una lievissima acidità. Perfetta anche invecchiata. Una meraviglia.
