750ml pours a softly hazed gold with a small film of a white head. mild basement must / concrete mix touches covering stale and dry peach in the nose. surprisingly muted front to back, medium-low acid, low bitterness, medium-low sweetness, entirely too dull and approaching what i’d call "flavorless". so it’s all a bit confounding. unfiltered and bottle conditioned but lacks any sense of yeast; completely lacking of depth. flavor-wise, it’s a wheat / wild grass / peach / apricot show, but there’s no depth whatsoever.

20/04/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Bellissima fruit beer.

On draught at the Summer Beer Festival, Rome, on MesandSim’s stag do. Murky pale orange gold with a thin white head. Peachy, apples, slightly sour dry finish. Quite enjoyed it.

Pours a hazy orange with a large bubbly white lacing head. Aroma of fresh peaches and other Belgians yeast fruity notes. Flavor had the peaches and Belgian yeast profile as well. No funk, would like better if it had some bugs.
