13th September 2008. Cloudy yellow beer. Peach! What peach? Just the barest hint of it in a sharp sourish beer. Refreshing and drinkable.

servita alla spina,si presenta con un bel colore paglierino sormontata da una bella schiuma avvolgente e duratura x tutta la bevuta. stranissimo il retrogusto di pesche, che la rende una birra leggermente e piacevolmente acida.

750ml bottle with some age on it, maybe a year or more. Pours a hazy, yellowish-golden hue with a thin layer of white foam at the head. Fading away to a thin rim, the froth leaves minimal, wet spotting behind. The aroma shows pale candy malts up front, with some lightly doughy yeast and hints of tannic, slightly tart peach skins. Flavors run along the same lines, sweeter than expected with a candyish, blonde malt profile and a very mild peach note. The palate is medium in stature, perhaps a little thin, though it sports a "whipped" sort of soft, fluffy carbonation. The semi-dry finish makes it moderately refreshing. Good brew.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a foamy white head that settles into a nice lacing that sticks around through the finish. Aroma of crisp golden fruit along with huge peach and sour oak presence. Sour and carbonated up front with loads of peach and oak flavor and a slight wooden, nut presence from the pits. Nice balance of sour and sweet fruit with a wine-like texture. Very unique and quite good!

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange pour, little carbonation and a nice sour aroma. Flavor was tons of sweet peach right off the bat, then sour a great lemon sour patch kids finish. Great beer that Id happily buy again, but not at $20 a bottle.

Very large peach mouth/body. Not quite like syrup but more sparkling. A very nice on the bitter side ale, made better. Peach is a hard flavor and they did very well here. Also smells like an orchard.

4 oz. taster from Seattle International Beer Festival. Golden cloudy color. Aroma of Belgium yeast and fruit. A bit of tart sourness with peaches and sweet mild candy. Pretty refreshing on a hot day.

4 oz. taster at Seattle IBF. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma is bready and tart with a hint of pennies. Flavor is tart and refreshing, a good deal of yeasty bread, light funk, fresh fruits. Palate is light and spritzy.

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very light - what is there is citrusy. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt, citrus, apricot, and coriander, leading to a dry spicy finish. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.
