Bottle. Not bad for a lager. Aroma has honey, and nuts. Flavour is sweet, with light bitterness. Thin body, and dry finish. Dark yellow, with a white head that disappears.

phaleslu (9254) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 20, 2009
Draft at the brewery. Pours clear gold with an eggshell head. Hops, malt, grain, and citrus on the nose. The flavor is sweet, grainy, and malty, with the hops and citrus rounding it out. Light bodied, and just a bit watery and smooth almost to the point of being flat. Not as much carbonation as most others of this style, and a dry finish. Slightly bitter.

Bottle. Clear golden with a small, lively head. Aroma of grain and citrus hops. The flavour is grain, citrus and hops. A pretty standard lager but I donít mind this one.

Bottle bb 09/09 Golden yellow with small head. Estery banna aroma, slight green apples with little hop. Estery banna flavour, sweet with little hop flavour or bitterness. Almost a watered down thin malt flavour. Overall the estery fermentation profile is a bit to over powering for the style.
