COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There’s plenty of rich maltiness from this Pale Ale and higher-kilned malt combination. The Cascade and special New Zealand hops create a fruity aroma with a dose of bitterness to drive home the hop flavour. A beer for the IPA aficionado with a distinctly Kiwi style. Perfect for a moment spent catching up with old mates.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear dar amber, off-white head. Smells of caramel and lollipops, vague fruity notes and maybe some hops. Or maybe not. Hints of alcohol. The taste is much worse, caramel, lollipops and light malty notes are totally lost in the head of harsh alcohol. The finish is harsh and bitter, but mostly alcoholic rather than hoppy. More like a strong lager.

330ml bottle. Barely clear, faint, orangey, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Weak, fruity hoppy aroma, hints of red and yellow berries, a spicy touch of corresponding shrubs, kiwi fruit, mellow malty background. Taste is slightly sweet pale malty with a touch of peanut, hoppy overtones with a touch of red berries, kiwi fruit; soft and smooth palate. Very cautious, without accentuated hop profile.

Dissapointing ipa, ale then notes are there but it is like telling Rolton is pasta. Overall low

Pours clear deep orange with a moderate white head. Malty, grainy aroma. Flavor is light bitter with notes of grains and some chemical(glue). This has nothing to do with a IPA whatsoever.

Koperen kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt mout, pilsner, beetje fruitig. Smaakt zoetig mout, beetje fruitig.

Goryczka niezbyt wysoka, trawiasta i sucha. Wysycenie ?rednie.

Een prima IPA. In het aroma zitten geurige bloemen. De smaak is vooral bitter en droog. Weinig zoets in het palet. Duidelijk is het graan het herkennen, evenals meerdere hopsoorten.

33cl bottle at home. Pours a clear amber colour with a big off-white head. aroma of caramel, malts, slight yeast, candy sugar, slight coriander, resin. Taste is fairly sweet, medium bitter with a slight dry finish. Notes of caramel, malts, candy sugar, slight earthy and pine. Texture is watery, medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

33cl bottle (22 IV 2016), shared with Bartlebier and friends. Very clean orange to amber looking IPA with a huge white collar on top. The nose really is full of malts, very powerful. The taste also is empowered with malt and grain notes. The fruity aromas are hidden behind the malt body. The sweet bitter balance is well portrayed in this pale ale. The cascade hops however are missing in mouthfeel and ending - only the bitter ending hints at them. Rather old ale than Indian ale, imho.

Bitter-sweet in the style of an English ale, with notes of pilsner hops, caramel and some tropical fruit in the background.
