Can. Head is initially small, fully diminishing. Body medium to dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), with notes of lemon juice and kumquat. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately to heavily bitter, husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, metallic. Strange brew, this one...fruity in the nose and fruity acidity on the tongue as well. Not unpleasant in that regard, but not expected. Husky and metallic characters are no fun, though. Odd.

Oh god. Had this on a tour bus to Chichen Itza and then again to Tulum and it is truly thirst slaking but fairly terrible. The nose is so light and doesn’t even have a haze of toasted malt and even less hops. Despite its particular ability to slake my thirst this is kind of a crap brew.

Appearance: Clear golden color with a small white head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Mild malty and mild hoppy.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Mild caramel malty, mild hoppy and a bit waterish.
Overall impression: Maybe ok under a burning sun on a lovely beach with some half naked ladies.
Personal stats: Bottle from a workmate.

Greenish golden body and super instable head. Ugly as shit. Grassy, lemon infused cleaning agent, pilsner malts. Super light taste, heavy carbonation, very light bitterness. In case your looking for a water but only beer is available. It’s that poor. (Can from Walmart Cancun)

2013-12-20. Dark yellow body with a small white head. Sweetish cereally malt, lightly bready notes. Flavour is similar, sweet cereally pale malt. Average plus bodied palate. Simple macro brew but quenching as hell after trekking around Tulum ruins in the heat. Bottle from gift shop at Tulum.

12 oz can in Mexico. Pretty typical of the Mexican pilseners being light and lacking body. Still, not too bad for a hot afternoon on the beach.

Pours light yellow with small white head that quickly fizzles. Nothing special about the aroma or taste of this beer. This was my only choice to drink at my resort in Mexico so I grew to like it but not a great beer overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355 mL can from Mexico. Really pale gold. There was a small white head there for a second, but it didn’t last. The mild aroma is sweet, but that’s all. The flavour, while not too sweet, is virtually non-existant.

355ml can. Pretty generic lager, not even especially cervesa-like. Thin body. Drinkable, but nothing interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
