Made in the classic Irish style. A deliciously creamy beer with a lingering roasted barley finish. This beer can substitute dessert.

"Another textbook beer, that falls just short of standout. Nice dry, roasted barley aroma with hints of chocolate and coffee. Dry, smooth mouthfeel, and a flavor to match the aroma. Very pleasant."

Black pour with a dense tan head. Intense metallic aroma, lots of roasted malt, and some dark chocolate. A bit of earth, a decent amount of coffee, and a mild sweetness. Tastes like a mouthful of pennies. Intense metal, roast, and and coffee flavors. A bit of dark chocolate, earth, and a mild bitterness.

Draft at the brewpub. Decent stout but their porter was better. Nose of coffee and caramel. Black with a medium glass lacing tan head. Flavor was chocolate, body very thin. Did have a nice thick head.

This beer has an extremely creamy mouthfeel, and even better they did NOT use nitrogen to dispense. A nice naturally creamy texture. Smooth roasted aromas and flavors. Easy to drink. Nice.
