3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Head is initially small, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain/bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (honeysuckle flowers, lemon), lightly yeasty (dough).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Well, it assuredly isn’t an IPA, but it’s a genuinely nice, clean, modest little pale/golden ale. Nice hops, guessing Tettnanger or Hallertauer. Easy-going but nicely balanced and pleasant.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle [11.2oz]. Pours a slightly cloudy, very bubbly yellow-gold with a large long-lasting frothy white head. Mild aroma of citrus, light floral hops, slightly funky yeast and spices -- decent but it smells closer to a Saison then an IPA. Watery flavour follows the aroma with light funky yeast, light floral hops, some citrus, a hint of spice and some bready malt added -- it’s all pretty mild though. Average bodied. Not really on style at all but it’s a fine beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours very pale, almost berliner weisse-like. Head a halo of white. Nose almost has a funky, lemon-lime gatoraid/fantome saison smell to it...with evergreen like piney touches. Body is pretty lacking...really spritzy...almost like a lemon accented sparkling water...very weird...but surprisingly clean and refreshing...with like a bleachy, salty, brine-like lemon/lime going on. Very weird...very very weird...but oddly refreshingly...like the craft version of the spanish version of corona with lime.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sweet and somewhat grassy aroma with a touch of hops. Straw colored, fairly high carbonation, lasting white head. Nice malty sweetness balanced by hop bitterness and pleasant fruity esters...mainly citrus...from ale yeast. Malt lingers on finish with a touch of the hops. Mouthfeel is creamy, slight bite from hops, medium - medium high carbonation. Easy drinker that doesn’t require too much thought. Nothing that really stands out but a pleasant beer to quench the thirst on a sunny day or as a clean crisp pairing to a meal.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
0,33 l bottle as a gift from Spain.
The beer has a cloudy orange-golden appearance with a good-looking foamy white head that diminshes to a delicious lacing one. Bready malt aroma with a strong and powerful herbal hop character. Medium body, malt base, some sourish yeast..and the hop. Strong, grassy hop , some grapfruit and citrusses. Powerful herbal hop character with a minimal honey-sweetness in the finish. The hop is to harsh, to straw-like, it could be a little bit easier or most rounded.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle, home. This is an odd one. If I had tried this beer blind, I would have called it a pilsner with more than normal hopping and a mix of hops. The beer is pale yellow with an energetic, rocky white head. The aroma is mostly yeast with a touch of herbaceous hops. The flavor is quite dry. Notes of lemons and grass dominate the palate with some light yeastiness. There’s definitely an odd mix of hops present but not nearly enough, or, perhaps, the trip from Spain isn’t doing them justice. It has a slightly sour malt lager flavor. Feel is fizzy and a bit odd. The whole package is mediocre, particularly given the import price. It’s fun to try beer from a Spanish craft brewer, but I’d recommend skipping this one.
