COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American style hop driven ale. Strong hopping leads to a pungent floral and citrus aroma, with a pleasant late bitterness.

Darker golden colour with a white creamy head. Aroma of hops with much fruits, flowers and citrus. Taste of hops with a distinct bitterness and a flowery taste. Some taste of grass and pine. Medium body with a light aftertaste.

From a 330ml bottle on 26/11/2012. Pours an almost clear light golden with a biggish head. Has a quite pleasant floral, citrus fruit aroma. The flavour features a dash of sweet and tart citrus, followed by a relatively pronounced bitterness. A pretty good APA, And I like the bottles they use.

A--- an orange carmel color, a good 2 finger white head that kept its retention through the drink. Nice sticky lacing on the glass. S-- Some carmel but a good amount of grapefruit, lemon, and orange citrus and floral and pine in it as well. Very nice nose on this beer. Smells like an APA but a little more bready T-- Balanced between carmel malt, and citrus. Had a biscuit quality to this as well, the yeast and malt. M-- Med carbonation and was light in the mouth and did finish dry. Had a good balance between the hops and the malt. Had a good mix of sweet and citrus. D-- Very drinkable and got more bitter as it warmed up. I Liked the Biscuit side of this beer. Was quite nice. negative is the price. Generally expect to pay about $20 for a 4 pack and about $8-9 in a restaurant. it is a good beer and very could drink a few before noticing anything. A lower ABV at under 5%. Other negative is that their beers are just plain rare to find in restaurants and in bottleshops. Why the lower score on the drinkability.

This is C+ pale ale. Most forgettable (not the price though!), it joins the legion of other average Australian APAs.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, deep amber with a small loose off-white head. Lots of citrusy hops on the nose and some grassy, herbal notes as well as a mild malty toffee undertone and a vague mineral aroma. Flavours of grapefruit, lemon, lime, pine, caramel and pepper are all present. Mouthfeel is light and a little oily with moderate carbonation and a lingering bitter, mildly spicy finish. Everything adds up to this being a pretty good pale ale yet it somehow seems a little rough around the edges, a little unrefined. Quite drinkable all the same.

Definitely American style with nice citrusy aftertaste, light and thirst quenching. Best of the Moo-brews, beats the hop harvest specialnif you ask me

Bought and sampled from the brewers door in Hobart.. what an amazing tasmanian beer this is.. pours a ever so slightly cloudy golden hue with a brilliant fresh hop/citus and floral aroma with a big fluffy head that quickly fades. The flavor is the best part of the beer a sweetness up front with hop resin, mango, citrus followed by a mild bitterness. Morilla estate seem to have a very high standard for storage of this beer (in the fridge and rightly so) so many of the tasmanian bottleshops do not stock this product which is dispointing because it is top knotch. It will be interesting to see what road transport to WA does to this beer when in get back to Perth.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a golden yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy finish.
