Bottle from pub. Served in a tall goblet. Some pashionfruit and cocoa butter aroma. very light straw coloured, fairly sparkling, and cloudy. Sweet, thin palate. Drinkable as a session beer only.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 davidm (1772) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAY 18, 2011
Bottle 330ml. Nice aromas, but a bit overcarbonated. Aromas of banana and coriander. Taste is sweet, with a dry finish, and good length. Palate is highly carbonated, and medium bodied. Very pale, with a thin head.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 bluebetty (1019) - AUSTRALIA - APR 13, 2011
Bottle. Pours a very light slightly hazy straw with rocky bright white head. Plenty of lacing. Aromas as expected are dominated by the yeast and dominated by bananas. Some wheat malt in support. Flavours are quite light with some sweetness from the malt. Thinish mouthfeel. OK.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 jrallen34 (3463) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 30, 2011
Moo Brew Hefeweizen, drank from a CCB snifter... tons of carbonation, restricts pouring, ok retention, very ugly base beer, generic neon yellow... harsh acidic nose of wheat, clove, alcohol, blah... taste is lightly skunked to start, chemical, watery, alcohol, sweet finish... a mess basically
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 maneliquor (1551) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAR 1, 2011
A refreshing and full bodied attempt at a wheat beer. Very good brew consisting of banana, bread, wheat, and spices. Worth a shot
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Mjollnir (366) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - FEB 17, 2011
330mL bottle. Pours cloudy pale straw with a large and persistent white head. Earthy and citrusy aroma, not very estery or yeasty. Low sweetness, mildly estery with a little yeast in the flavour and some spicy notes. Light-medium body, very high carbonation and a dry finish. Seems to be more of a hybrid Witbier/Hefeweizen than a true-to-style Hefe, but other than the ridiculous carbonation very drinkable and refreshing.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 hawthorne00 (1852) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - DEC 18, 2010
Tap. Mild aroma of lemon, bread, cloves, vanilla. Light bodied, slightly bready, some sourish tang, mild spicy finish. Pleasant, refreshing beer that is just a bit too subtle and a bit watery. Like their pale ale, I would have liked this a lot more if it had been the same but more so.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 jonno (1994) - JAPAN - OCT 10, 2010
Another decent Hefe - though it’s not going to blow your mind, it’s quite refreshing and full bodied for the style. Another good brew from Moo brew who brew lots of good brews.
1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 ndon (857) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 21, 2010

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 bmeup (470) - Ormeau, AUSTRALIA - JUN 1, 2010
Pours cloudy golden with a persisant foamy white head. Aromas are full of banana, sweet bubblegum, apricot, spice & wheat grains. Flavours of banana, orange zest and spice. Finish is sweet, citrus clean. Good carbonation retains the aromas, head and makes for a lively mouthfeel. Really fresh Hefe.
