Pours cloudy golden with a persisant foamy white head. Aromas are full of banana, sweet bubblegum, apricot, spice & wheat grains. Flavours of banana, orange zest and spice. Finish is sweet, citrus clean. Good carbonation retains the aromas, head and makes for a lively mouthfeel. Really fresh Hefe.

(Bottle) First few mouthfuls were chock a block full of the typically expected banana, clove and vanilla aromas & flavours. Colour was a bit on the pale side for my liking. Once the head was slurped up, the rest of the glass did not have a massive amount of flavour, but I thought it was a fairly good example of the style. Would try again, but a bit pricey.

Huge rocky white head on a hazy yellow body. And now I realize that I inadvertently copied the description. Very clean hefe aroma - one of the best I’ve smelled in years. The body is quite clean, with some banana ester flavors. A very solid offering.

Received 330 bottle via trade with jonno. Pours a semi-clear golden straw colored brew with a heavy and thick off-white head that long retains a rocky and pillow head. Aroma of golden grain malt, a hint of tropical fruit and banana esters. Taste is medium bodied, well balanced between golden grain, yeast and some light fruit character. Finish semi-sweet, a little banana aftertaste and a fresh floral hop flavors.

Straw coloured white thin white head that dissapeared quickly. Strong bubblegum, banana and other tropical fruits aroma. Sour flavour matched well with sweet malt and the hops presence is noticable. Excellently balanced. High carbonation. Taste like a real ’hef’, yeasty, bananas, bubblegum. Very enjoyable.

A refreshing and full bodied attempt at a wheat beer. Very good brew consisting of banana, bread, wheat, and spices. Worth a shot

Tasted at Moorilla Winery where this beer is brewed. Fresh from the tap. Nice, fruity wheat beer with a lingering finish and pleasant mouth feel. Hint of banana. Excellent effort.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2007 Very cloudy and yellow in colour. A frothy white head at first which quickly quickly disappeared leaving no lacing. A pleasant fruity aroma with a hint of banana. Lightly carbonated with a light to medium body. A rather sweet and fruity taste with only a mild bitterness.
