Pours like sun, a different golden colour from top to bottom. Has a strong pine aroma. Hoppy at the front. Citrus but gentle in mouthfeel. Hint of honey. Quality beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Utter shit. From bottle 3 times and once at the brewery. Most bland underwhelming IPA I've ever tasted. Maybe they were all duds? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a deep gold with cloud white head. Decent amount of lacing on the glass. Aroma is an oddly pleasant mix of spicy/herbal and fruity hops, with a caramel background. Some alcohol. Reminds me of a decent fruit cake. As it warms slightly, a more dank aroma shows through. Flavor is similar with cinnamon and citrus. Caramel is more apparent in the aroma. Surprisingly clean finish with only some mild bitterness and astringency in the mouthfeel. This is certainly a unique IPA. One that I’d enjoy again.

Looks great - very active, off white head with a hazy light bronze body. Very herbal and earthy aroma with a slight hint of sweet fruits. The herbal aroma carries through to the taste too, particularly corriander and white pepper. Piney hops in the mix too - its actuallt quite bitter but not overpoweringly so. Sits well in the mouth, maybe a little over carbonated but has a good density and leaves a really nice velvet feel upon its exit.

Smooth and bitter, easy to drink with great flavour. Hoppy and citrus but still lovely mouth feel and malty smoothness.

This beer is dominated by a flavour of coriander and parsley, which is really not my thing. There’s plenty of hops to like about it, but I just can’t get that aftertaste out of my mouth.

Bottle from Beer Cartel (April 2014). Murky amber/orange, dirty white head, lots of froth from neck of bottle, floral aroma, lavender, musk lollies, ripe rockmelon, sweet sugary malt, medium bitterness, medium sweetness, hollow, resinous bitter finish. Ok, but expected more.
