Mar 2, 2008 Pours a light golden color with small whie head. Very light tasting with maybe a small amount of hops in the finish. On par with others I’ve had of this style but nothing special.

Feb 9, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Kolsch works if you get it right, but it seems to be easy to get wrong and here I got a thin higher carbonated sweet-sourness that wasn’t intended and did not work together.

May 16, 2007 Pours a pale, clear straw with a thin white head. Aroma is thin - some grain, some grassy hops. The flavor is very light and delicate - typical of the style. It is, actually, quite flavorful for a Kolsch due it being served a little bit warmer than typical for the style. Not bad.

May 11, 2007 on tap-pours a retaining foamy white head that laces and hazy straw color. Aroma is light grain. Taste is light grain, creamy then flat hops. Light/medium body. OK effervescence. Occasional.
