Moon River Irish Red Ale

Draft... Clear copper ale with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. I’m not able to pull much of an aroma from the glass, but hints of grain and toffee are sensed. Medium-bodied and watery with middling carbonation. The flavor provides balance, but not much more... leans only a fraction toward the bitter side. Short, crisp, lightly bitter finish.

Draught at the brewery. Clear amber colour with medium carbonation and a small khaki head. Very thin aroma of sugar. More sweetness in the flavour and a little malt. Short finish.

(On tap) Clear amber with an off-white head. Vague, caramelish nose. Rather light-bodied with some malt and a light fruitiness. Very discreet hops in the finish. 010406
