Jasmine Saison beer that will make you wonder why beer for breakfast is considered taboo. Subtle jasmine aroma with a BAM! of jasmine floral essence on the palette. The spiciness created by the Belgian yeast strain melds seamlessly with the citrus fruit notes of the First Gold hops.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a slightly cloudy orange-yellow color with a wispy white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, spices and malt. Medium body with a floral character and flavors of citrus, hops and bready malt. The finish remains floral with a yeast and spice aftertaste. Decent all around.
