A leafy green salad is placed in front of me. Plum and mango chunks give the salad heft. Walnut crumbles are sprinkled about for texture. A drizzling of peppered extra virgin olive oil brings it all together. Entirely true to the aroma, spicy fruitiness abounds. Acidity is soft allowing the lavishly creamy sweet flavors to take lead during the entire experience. Oily, yet slick, this beer glides effortlessly with the perfect touch carbonation.
