Mar 2, 2008 Looks alot like apple juice. The scent is apple. This is the first hard cider i’ve tried and it really wasnt what i expected. I expected it to be very sweet but it was actually pleasantly bitter with a small trace of alcohol in the finish.

Feb 18, 2008 From the tap poured amber with no amount of head. Flavor was sweet with a lasting aftertaste.

Feb 1, 2008 on tap-pours a disappearing white head with bubbles and pale yellow color. Aroma is apple juice. Taste is apple cider with some zip/acidity. Nicely done. Light/medium body.

Jan 19, 2008 Pours a perfectly clear gold with no head, but not lacking carbonation. The aroma is a mixture of stewed and fresh apples without the spice. There is a bracing fruit tartness that balances the residual sweetness nicely. Light bodied, refreshing , and tasty. Actually tastes fairly close to unfermented juice.

Nov 23, 2007 Very light, and clear body. Was listed as 6.5% on the menu. Macintosh apples, alcohol didn’t show much.
